Rich is amazing! He came to quote a new door and his price was the same as other companies, but he was so kind and willing to do a few carpentry pieces we needed to make the new door work with our crooked frame. All the other companies told us we needed a carpenter to fix it first. Rich is very busy but always responded to my texts and emails quickly, and always took time to answer all my questions thoroughly. He did not rush and did a great job. He even installed our new door and hauled away the old one in a heavy downpour because he knew I couldn’t open or use the garage without the new door. Great guy and a great company! Highly Recommend! Our garage door broke one evening and we reached out to 603 and spoke with Rich. It was closing time but he offered to talk us through a few things so we could try to at least close it for the night until we could get repaired. Unfortunately, we were not able to do it but Rich drove up and came and closed it for us. He was able to come back the following week and repair it. It went quick and works like new!
