Richard replaced the garage doors and openers on our 80’s era house. He has come out twice since the original install – once for a tune-up and again to install a storm shield to keep the garage doors from sticking in the winter. Rich is amazing! He came to quote a new door and his price was the same as other companies, but he was so kind and willing to do a few carpentry pieces we needed to make the new door work with our crooked frame. All the other companies told us we needed a carpenter to fix it first. Rich is very busy but always responded to my texts and emails quickly, and always took time to answer all my questions thoroughly. He did not rush and did a great job. He even installed our new door and hauled away the old one in a heavy downpour because he knew I couldn’t open or use the garage without the new door. Great guy and a great company!
